Just Found Out You Have A Dermoid Cyst?

2011

Hi there…

Did you just find out that you have a dermoid cyst?

You might be a little worried right now, maybe even a bit scared…

What does this really mean?

You might be wondering things like…

  • Do I need surgery?
  • Does this mean that I’m getting cancer?
  • Can I get pregnant?
  • Will I lose my ovaries?

The answer to these questions is… Maybe.

Unfortunately a lot of cases become a lot more serious than they have to be.

…For example:

You may have a small or mediocre sized dermoid cyst… But after doing the ultrasounds, maybe your doctor says to come back in 30 days for another one to see “the status” of it…

But guess what?

A lot of the times… It actually grows during this period.

Why does it grow?

Generally because you are “feeding” the cyst.  Ovarian cysts basically grow because of the environment in our bodies… And if we don’t change the environment, the cysts won’t go away permanently.

Makes sense?

Now if I may… I recommend that you go and visit Carol Foster’s site right now, because she battled with ovarian cysts for 10 years or so and knows one or two things about eliminating them…

She has a clinically proven diet that I think will help you tons… because it walks you through what you should eat, what you shouldn’t eat, and exactly how to get rid of all kinds of ovarian cysts within 8 weeks or so.

And I know that you may be a bit skeptical about these sorts of things… Miracle cures… Diet cures… Do they really work?

To put your mind at ease… Make sure to read the dozen or so success stories on her page… From women just like you, who have used her diet to eliminate their cysts without surgery, pills, or letting them become cancerous..

Make sure to come back after you’ve tried her diet, and let me know what you think. I would love to hear from you…

I truly hope this helps,

Why A Dermoid Cyst Diet Can Eliminate Your Ovarian Cysts

2011
05.02

There’s no doubt about it, and it’s been documented on numerous occasions: You can cure your ovarian cysts by using a natural diet / treatment.

Click here for specific step-by-step instructions

How do you get started?  Generally it begins with cutting out certain foods, and adding in specific ones.  Let’s do this in order so that we can simplify what has to happen to get to where you want to be.

1. Eliminating bad foods

There are bad foods which really help the cysts to grow.

Remember – the #1 most common cause of ovarian cysts is imbalanced hormones.  This is a result of bad eating habits.

There isn’t any other real reason behind it.  Sure, there are exceptions, but most of the time this is the reason.

So once we change the eating habits (and nothing drastic, although you may have to stop eating a few things that you like,) you can get the balance back and your cysts will and should dissolve on their own, unless you have an emergency that requires surgery.

There are lists of food in natural plans that share what kinds of diets have worked for people.

Some examples are:

  • Conventional dairy products
  • White Sugar
  • White rice / white flour
  • Hydrogenated oils
  • Gluten grains
  • Red meat and fatty meat
  • Processed foods
  • Alcohol
  • Tons more…

There are lists and lists of products that you should avoid, as well as what you can replace them with.  Definitely check some natural plans that we will be introducing you to, as they will have exact steps that have worked for hundreds (or thousands) of people

2. Adding healthy, anti dermoid cyst foods that will help to fight them off – and keep them away

An added bonus of adding some super healthy foods is that your body will become 10x healtheir.  You will feel better, have more energy, be happier, and be able to give your immune system a big boost.

On top of that, your cysts should disappear and dissolve on their own, and never come back.

It’s very possible, and very likely, once you take the right steps.

If we assume that you can eliminate a lot of the bad foods that were listed above, then we can begin to consider the fact that adding healthy foods will just multiply your efforts and truly give you a huge advantage in taking the fight to your dermoid cysts.

Some sample foods that are fantastic in helping you to fight your dermoid cyst, create balance, fight imbalance, and keep you healthy are:

  • Fruits
  • Non heavy starch vegetables
  • Fish
  • Gluten free grains
  • Whole rice
  • Raw seeds and nuts
  • Herbs, leaves, and garlic
  • Aloe vera juice (very popular!)
  • Lots of water
  • many more…

There are so many things that you can do to fight your ovarian cysts, but you will surely never hear about them from a doctor.  They are only supposed to give you the medical treatment: birth control pills (which don’t really work at fighting the root cause,) and “watchful waiting.”

Both of these may work – it’s true – but why not multiply your efforts, take on a natural diet plan, and fight back with full force?

What You Need To Know About Dermoid Cysts

2011
06.02

Hey there!

Just found out that you have a dermoid cyst?

Not sure what you should do next?

While there aren’t many treatment options available for ovarian cysts, there are a couple common ones that you may run in to.

For example – the famous “wait and see” approach is probably something you’re hearing from your doctor.  Maybe they said to wait until your next ultrasound?

Or maybe you’re already taking birth control pills for the cysts?

Here’s the thing.

Ovarian cysts, including dermoid cysts, are caused by a hormonal imbalance.  Basically it just means that your body isn’t functioning properly.

You see, ovarian cysts aren’t symptoms.  They are NOT the root problem.  By taking birth control pills and having surgery, you really aren’t fighting the main issue here.

Don’t get me wrong.  90% of the ovarian cysts disappear by themselves.  But if you want to take the first step towards fighting these cysts, you have to make some slight lifestyle changes.

And hey, don’t panic. It’s nothing major.  A lot of women have gone through this.  You can do it!

There are foods that will make your ovarian cysts disappear, and there are foods that will make them grow bigger.

You can basically break them down into two groups:

  1. Foods that will help to balance your hormones & body
  2. Foods that will sabotage your hormonal balance, and make things like ovarian cysts pop up

So your goal right now is to start eating more “good foods,” and eliminate the “bad foods” from your diet.

Sounds pretty simple right?

In fact, it gets even easier: there are clinically proven dermoid cyst diets that I heartily endorse.

Carol Foster’s “Ovarian Cyst Miracle” will help you to get on the path to recovery starting today, by showing you what you can eat, and what you should stop eating.  You, as a dermoid cyst sufferer, will not go wrong with Carol’s book.  It’s filled with helpful information guaranteed to help you eliminate the dermoid cyst soon.

Dermoid Cyst Surgery Information

2011
05.09

You may have heard that the only way to get rid of a large dermoid cyst is through surgery.  For the most part this is true.

While a good diet can remove a lot of cysts, once they get extremely large it’s generally better to have your doctor decide what your next step should be.

Sometimes your doctor will urge you to have surgery, and other times it will be “up in the air,” and you must decide for yourself.

Generally the surgery is very mild and extremely quick.  You would have a laparoscopy which will make the healing time very short.  Within a week or two you will be back to normal, and you will barely have any scars to remind you of the surgery.

This is how most dermoid cyst surgeries are handled.

Complications of Dermoid Cyst Surgery

Sometimes your doctor will tell you that they have to remove one of your ovaries.  This is terrible and catastrophic, but sometimes it is necessary.  However, there is a lot of information out there that educates you on every single aspect of ovarian cysts, and will generally give you a much better understanding.

So if you are waiting for your surgery date to arrive, I recommend that you do some reading and learn everything about the dermoid cyst, as well as how you can avoid surgery, or when surgery is actually needed.

Removing an ovary is a big deal.  Luckily you have two, so if the other is fully functioning then you can still have children.  However, it’s always like removing a kidney – you only have one left.  It’s definitely something to be taken very seriously.

Risk of Leaving a Dermoid Cyst Unchecked

The biggest risk of leaving a dermoid cyst unchecked is definitely death.  I know that sounds drastic, but if the dermoid cyst ruptures it can cause serious infections in your body.  When it ruptures the content inside will spill over into your body, and this includes teeth, hair, eyes, and other strange parts that grow within the dermoid cyst.  A serious infection could, in theory, kill you.

The more common side effects of leaving a dermoid cyst would be infertility, and/or agonizing pain.  As they become big it’s possible that they can twist your ovary and cause you to be infertile.

The Bottom Line About Dermoid Cysts

To put it bluntly, you need to do something to fight these cysts.  It’s never “safe” just to let them stay.  Whether you aim to have surgery done, or your doctor recommends surgery, or you simply get on a diet that will help to eliminate them, you should be doing something.  If you are searching on the Internet about this then I’m sure that you already know that.  Definitely take action and see how you can defeat these ovarian cysts.  They won’t plague you forever if you fight back.

Speak with a doctor and find out all kinds of options available to you.  It never hurts to learn a lot about your situation.

Please feel free to share your story here in a comment, I would love to hear from you.

Different Types of Cysts (And Why a Dermoid Cyst is Unique)

2011
04.28

There are a lot of different kinds of cysts in our body, and many different types of ovarian cysts particularly.  Each of them are unique in their own way, but a general rule for all of them is that they will naturally disappear most of the time.

1. Follicular Cyst

These are the most simple kinds of cysts, which happens when ovulation fails.  The follicle that is released from the ovaries grows into a cyst, rather than rupturing or releasing its egg.

This kind of cyst generally develops during ovulation and can grow up to 2 inches in diameter.

Inside of the follicular cyst is liquid, and the walls are extremely thin.

The danger and risk of having a follicular cyst is the chance that it may rupture.  This would cause some serious and sharp pain for you, which would be on the side of the ovary that the cysts exists.  Generally 25% of women who have this kind of cyst experience pain, but normally there is no symptoms and they disappear on their own.

The bottom line: Most of the time you won’t even know when this cyst comes and goes.  However, there is a chance that it can cause pain, which will immediately let you know that something is wrong.

2. Hemorrhagic Cyst

This kind of cyst is very abnormal, and will generally affect women who are younger and in their child bearing days.  They can grow up to 6 inches in diameter, which is quite huge.

The reason why this hemorrhagic cyst grows is because the blood vessel on the wall of the cyst breaks, and it becomes filled with blood.

Generally this causes pain on one side of the body, and if this cyst ruptures it can cause severe pain and allow blood to enter your abdominal cavity.

While the pain could be extreme and you could wind up needing surgery, you can remove this kind of cyst naturally.

3. Dermoid Cyst

A Dermoid Cyst is very special because of what’s inside of it.  This kind of cyst also only affects women who are in their child bearing years, and they are usually benign.  Inside of the cyst can be a combination of things, such as teeth, hair, bone, nails, eyes, thyroid tissue, skin, or cartilage.

The major risk of these cysts is that they are so big (sometimes up to 16 inches in diameter – huge), and can become inflamed and/or twist which will cause serious abdominal pain and/or cut off blood supply.

This can be an emergency situation, so definitely monitor your dermoid cyst closely.

Luckily dermoid cysts can be naturally removed and cured with the right diet and eating ritual.

There are other kinds of cysts as well, but these are some of the more common ones.

If you’re unsure if you have any of these cysts, here is a short list of symptoms that we will expand in the near future:

  • Irregularities and abnormalities in your menstruation
  • Pelvic pain and aching that is constant, which can reach areas like your thighs and lower back
  • Constant nausea or vomiting
  • Pain during intercourse (pelvic)

I’ll be adding a post strictly on the symptoms and signs, so that you can rule out whether you have a cyst.

If you are pretty sure that you have a dermoid cyst, I would just go ahead and try changing your diet to eliminate them naturally. It can’t hurt even if you don’t have a cyst, and will help to increase your health and immune system.

Risks & Side Effects of a Dermoid Cyst

2011
04.17

A dermoid cyst is one of the more dangerous kinds of ovarian cysts.

Why?

Generally because of the huge size it can become.  Dermoid cysts can get extremely large, and in some “freak” incidents it has been reported that they grow to 100 inches.

On average, though, they can range from half an inch to 17 inches.  Still pretty large.

The problem here is that when they do get that big, it can threaten your blood supply and/or cause extremely painful episodes.

When you’re in that kind of emergency state, usually surgery is required.

The key is trying to prevent your cyst from reaching that stage.  If you are already dealing with a very large dermoid cyst, then you may want to immediately try and treat it to either remove it through natural treatments or just have surgery.

Surgery is pretty safe for the most part, however there are times when the surgeons must remove an ovary in the process.  You can still get pregnant with only one ovary, but it is still a catastrophy to lose an entire ovary because of a dermoid cyst.

Also… the worst kind of side effect you can suffer from ovarian cysts is infertility.  This is one of the worst ones and you definitely want to avoid this.  Fortunately it is rare, but cases still do exist.

Cancer is another possible outcome.  Again, while the chances are small, it’s best to get rid of the cyst to avoid any possible complications.

Imagine in a couple months you find out that there is a major problem because of the cyst?  You might feel terrible knowing that you could have done something (relatively) small to make sure that you are healhy down the line.

Your best strategy is just to keep in constant communication with your doctor so that you can monitor your progress.  Keep on checking in on the cyst until they disappear or until your doctor decides what you should do next.

And above all else… Remember that you know your body better than any doctor can ever imagine – so follow your instincts and always trust your “feelings.”  They’re there for a reason.

Hope this helps!
